HELIFORUM'S REGULATION

Before participating in the forums, please acquaint with terms of service below.

1 - Debates and discussions are welcome on Heliforum. Every contribution has to respect the current legislation in France. No contents against the laws and the current regulations are allowed.
So are notably forbidden, without exclusion, the opposite comments the law and order, the private property violations, the infringements on the human person dignity, the belittlement, the offensive or unrefined, racist, revisionist comments, the comments making the apology of crimes or offences.
The provocation in the suicide, the slanderous denunciation, the infringements on the private life, all the infringements of the secret are also banned, such as statutory.
Infringements on the intellectual property are also forbidden. Photos published on Heliforum are considered for respecting the right for the image and the copyright, and are guaranteed some by the members who publish them there.

2 - It is forbidden to talk about P2P, about files pooling, crack, and other illegal subjects.

3 - Commercials, and links leading towards a site requiring a registration, or towards a site with click on compulsory advertising, are strictly forbidden. It's the same for the advertising by private messages. The author of any fine in this article will be banished at once, without advance notice.

4 - Classified ads must not be posted on the forums but on the classified ads module.

5 - Forums are not made to spend personnel messages nor settle accounts. You can "speak to each other" via the Private Messaging ( PM), it is more direct and more pleasant for everybody.

6 - Before launching a new topic (thread), you have to make sure of what the subject of your topic is not already in the forums discussion course. Take care of choosing title so explicit and precise as possible for your subject: "Help me it is urgent", for example, is to be banned.

7 - When you post a message, be sure to make it in the good discussions subject.

8 - Your messages must be understandable, not written in SMS language. You don't have to abuse the custom of smileys, punctuation marks or abbreviations.

9 - The flood (exaggerated messages stream emitted by only one contributor in a short time) is forbidden on our forums.

10 - In any circumstances, you have to remain polite and courteous. It is deeply advised to avoid the unfriendly remarks (on the way of writing or the spelling for example).

11 - Moderators can legally censor, move or modify any forum message when they see fit and without advance notice. A moderation message calls no reaction, no comment.

12 - Only one account can be set by contributor. Every supplementary account will be deleted at once.

13 - Except preliminary explicit moderation decision, the banishment is definitive. Every exiled who would re-join would be banished again immediately nor justification, whoever is his behaviour.

14 - To be easily recognizable, the moderation messages are announced as such by the mention "Moderation message", because administrators and moderators can express themselves as well as simple contributors.

15 - By your registration in the heliforum.com site, you make a commitment to respect the present regulation. The only appeal in case of dispute, of moderation misunderstood, etc. is insured by the webmaster at the address webmaster@heliforum.com .
